WEIGHTLIFTING ATHLETE 

The official training program followed by Sage’s Tribe Weightlifting Team. Training takes place 5 days/week and is specifically designed for athletes who have their eye set on competing in Olympic weightlifting. The daily training consist of movement prep and an Olympic lifting block but Saturdays are always spent what doing what we love - lifting heavy!


PERFORMANCE ATHLETE

A 5 days/week program, specially designed for fitness athletes with a passion to excel in Olympic weightlifting, while maintaining well rounded fitness levels through work capacity, conditioning and core sessions. Not for the faint hearted. 


GEEZER TRAINING 

Geezers train 3 days per week, usually Mon-Wed-Friday. Our workouts are self scaled which simply means you do what you can with the parameters that are defined. We believe in constantly varied, functional movements performed at the intensity in which one can handle.
