Our 1 day barbell session were crafted for athletes who are looking to take their lifting to the next level. Train alongside like minded athletes, with hands on coaching from our Burgener Strength crew! NOT for the faint hearted, this will be both a mentally and physically challenging day, to help you breakthrough your mental and physical barriers, in the olympic lifts.
Geared towards athletes who have been Olympic weightlifting for 1+ years and have established a good baseline with their overall lifting technique.

10:00-10:30- Proper Warm Up For Weightlifters
10:30-12:00- Lifting Session #1
12:00- 13:00- Lunch Break
13:00-1400-Lecture on Mindset and Programming
14:00- 15:00- Lifting Session #2
15:00- 15:45- Accessory work for Weightlifters
15:45- TBD- Q&A and brews with the Burgener Strength Team.
